 As with most areas of Gwinnett county, Duluth Georgia real estate has remained very active for the most part. Currently, there are 305 single family homes for sale from the $100's to seven figures, and 88 pending & contingent sales. In May, there were 23 sales with an average sale price $337,217 and 143 average days on market. There are currently 55 condo's and townhomes for sale, 18 pending & contingent sales, and  14 sold at an average price of $121,942 with 59 average days on market.

Suwanee Georgia real estate has been robust as well. Currently, there are 370 single family homes for sale from the low $100's to seven figures, and 81 pending & contingent sales. In May, there were 37 sales, with an average sale price of $284,473 and 65 average days on market. There are currently 64 condo's and town homes for sale.There are 7 pending sales, and 6 sold for an average price of $165,833 and 120 average days on market.
